First thing I want to do is to fully disassemble this thing to make sure I don't damage anything I don't intend to.
Step one is to power the system on just long enough to hit the eject button on the cdrom drive and then cut the power. This is so I can remove the front bezel that will get in the way later. Pull up gently on the bezel to remove it. 
Next I'll take out all the modular parts. The Motherboard and Tray 
The Audio Option Board 
The Power Supply
